E Trépson is a young woman who struggled with drug addiction in high school and a life of domestic abuse. After a sweet few months with gentle V, she becomes overwhelmed and seeks out the attention of a narcissistic suitor who she then spends four years with.
But, when she goes to find V after hearing that she went missing, she finally breaks away from the toxic relationship and goes on the run with her old flame.
E is running from more than just her toxic ex, though. The ugly faces of her past start catching up with her out of the woodworks and all her old dealing pals start showing up to pay her back for her old mistakes.
Leaving once again afraid to have V pay for her mistakes, she lands with an old abusive high school girlfriend, who gets her back into cocaine use.
After a near-death scare, she tries to clean up her act, and starts dating Bre, a nurse who lives in the rural suburban countryside. However, once an old pal turned enemy, Jay Rodney, shows up with a gun wanting her head, she realizes her past isn’t as avoidable as she hoped it would remain. To save everyone involved, she leaves Bre and hits the streets again only to be saved by her two old best friends from middle-and-high school.
